New Jersey Nets point guard Jordan Farmar took advantage of his first opportunity to start for his new team. He finished tonight with 28 points, 3 three-pointers, and 9 assists.
The Breakdown
With Devin Harris sitting out, Farmar played very well as we anticipated. Harris' MRI results today showed just a knee strain, though, so Devin will be back sooner rather than later. Harris is the type of player that needs to be 110% healthy before he suits back up, so Farmar may have some value for a few games and is worth picking up for short term help as long as you don't drop a more dependable player.
