Minnesota Timberwolves swingman Martell Webster has been cleared by team doctors to return to the court following back surgery that has caused him to miss the start of the season. He should see his first action within the next week.
The Breakdown
Deep leaguers in need of three-pointers will want to take a flyer on Webster. With the crowded situation on the wings, we're not sure where Martell fits into the rotation upon his return. If he plays well, he'll likely hurt the value of rookie Wesley Johnson and/or Corey Brewer. We'll have to wait until Webster plays in a few games to see how head coach Kurt Rambis distributes the minutes.
