The Miami Heat's Mike Miller underwent surgery on Friday to repair a torn ligament in his right thumb. He is expected to be out for about 2 months.
The Breakdown
Miller was expected to get a lot of open threes as defenses focused on the Big Three. With Miller now out of action until 2011, either Eddie House or James Jones is expected to take over as the Heat's three-point specialist off the bench. There are also rumors that the Heat are considering signing veteran Jerry Stackhouse. All three players are worth speculative pick ups in deep leagues.
