- Dorrell Wright: Wright took advantage of his opportunity to start and play big minutes. He's played very well to start the year and has the potential to sustain those numbers in Golden State's uptempo offense. He is a must own if he is available in your league.
- Nicolas Batum: Batum appears to be healthy and he's giving fantasy owners solid all-around production with averages of 11.8 points, 5.5 rebounds, 1.5 assists, and 1.8 threes. He's a nice player to have in category leagues because he can contribute in every stat.
- Taj Gibson: Taj has been solid replacing the injured Carlos Boozer in the starting line up. He hasn't played big minutes, though, and he'll be one of the most dropped players when Boozer is back in action.
- Anderson Varejao: Varejao, like Batum, can give you a nice all-around game on any night. Varejao is a good rebounder who brings a lot of hustle and energy to the court. Batum is a better player to have because he can shoot the long ball, but Varejao can also be a good complementary player in a category league.
- Drew Gooden: I'm assuming people jumped on the Gooden bandwagon because he's starting and he had a great first game. Gooden, though, is as inconsistent as they come and he's shown it in his last few games. In standard sized leagues, there are likely better options than Gooden available.
