Now, I don't have to tell you that Dice-K pitched pretty well last night. He went the distance against the Tigers only giving up one run and most importantly given some of his recent troubles, did not surrender a single walk. This is the kind of pitching performance that the Sox were expecting on a consistent basis when they threw down $100 million to get Matsuzaka in their rotation. Do you want to know why they were expecting this kind of pitching? Well, probably because it is almost exactly the same level of pitching performance that they received last season from the guy Dice-K is looking like...Curt Schilling!
